Beloved by generations of nightlife fans, The Pyramid Club NYC announced their permanent closure in early April. Known as a drag and punk landmark since the bad old days (1979!), the team cited the closure as a consequence of the pandemic shutdown.

A crowd gathered on Essex Street between Grand and Hester streets (above Delancy Car Service) last weekend for an inspired performance by local musician Jill Fiore.
