Devotees waited in the rain on Friday, for a slice at Scarr‘s Pizza, which just moved to a new and bigger location across the street, at 35 Orchard St. The popular and delicious slice joint moved into the neighborhood in 2016 and was recently included in the New York Times 100 Best Restaurants list.
Owner Scarr Pimentel has gotten rave reviews from the start, by milling his own flour which he now combines with a heritage, organic, non-GMO wheat from a farm upstate.
