A large scale fair and exhibition dedicated to supporting the creative economy of Ukraine is coming to the Skylight at Essex Crossing March 24 – 28, 2023. The event is titled “i am u are” and aims to present different facets of the Ukraine, featuring over 100 Ukrainian creators working in fashion, tech and culture.
They write: “With the full-scale invasion going on, Ukraine has frequently been on the news. Still, not many people have a comprehensive understanding of the country. The team would love for the world to know Ukraine for more than war…our goal is to represent modern Ukrainian creativity and to connect Ukrainian creatives to the American community.”
The Ukrainian Museum will act as a second venue for the event, hosting a pop-up exhibition under the curation of Lilia Kudelia and her creative team.
