In the past few days, a coffee and wine bar called River Coyote opened at 121 Ludlow St. It's owned by Jay Nir, who according to a press release, brings an "eclectic career path of DJ-ing, real estate, restructuring night clubs, hotel consulting and hosting private events" to the new Lower East Side business.
