New Museum Hosts Community Day with Lexii’ Fox

The upcoming Community Day (Sat. Dec. 2) at the New Museum is hosted by activist and performance artist Lexii’Foxx and organized by the “Stop Killing Us Global Campaign.” Visitors will have free access to “Puppies Puppies (Jade Guanaro Kuriki-Olivo): Nothing New” and “Judy Chicago: Herstory”.

From 12–4 p.m., activities include art-making, wellness workshops, clothing drive, and a health resources fair from community partners:

• 12–1:30 PM: Resources Fair in the Sky Room (Please bring clothes for donation for the clothing drive)
• 1:30–2 PM: Celebration in the New Museum Theater
• 2–3 PM: Breathing and Stretching Activity with Lexii’Foxx in the New Museum Theater
• 3–4 PM: Poetry Workshop with Linda La in the New Museum Theater
