Joe’s Pub has a jam-packed lineup of performers this March in celebration of “femme perspectives and creativity,” in honor of Women’s History Month.
The shows all look top notch. A few that stand out include singer songwriter Carol Lipnik with the release of a new single on March 2, Mx Justin Vivian Bond’s “London Calling,” running for six nights, comedienne Jackie Hoffmann’s latest solo show on March 14 and up and coming folk Artist Crys Matthews, “the next Woody Guthrie,” on March 26. Also on March 14, Generation Women brings their multigenerational storytelling salon to the stage on with one woman or non-binary performer in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, and 70s+ to share an original true story based on the theme, “Being my Own Damn Hero: Stories of Guts and Grit.”
