Here’s an advisory from the NYC Department of Transportation:
The FDR Drive northbound at Houston Street will be fully closed from 12:01 a.m. Saturday through 5 a.m. Monday to facilitate overpass reconstruction work. During this time, the FDR Drive northbound exit ramp to Houston Street will have 2 lanes available for thru traffic with no access to Houston Street. To access Houston Street motorists should follow the detour to the FDR Drive northbound 23rd Street exit. Motorists wishing to access the FDR Drive northbound from eastbound Houston Street will be diverted to the 23rd Street entrance via 1st Avenue. Pedestrians will be unable to access East River Park via the pedestrian ramps near Houston Street and will be redirected to enter the park at entrances near the Williamsburg Bridge or 6th Street.
