Right about now, we’ve all had about enough of the winter of 2014. A week after a water main was ruptured on Clinton Street, it’s happened again. Crews are out at the intersection of Clinton and East Broadway digging into the street. According to Frank Durant, general manager of the Seward Park Co-op, around a dozen commercial businesses along Clinton and Grand streets are without water service today. The rupture happened in the same general area as the break that occurred last Wednesday. The stores impacted include the Fine Fare Supermarket.
