We are on the scene of a fire that broke out on the first floor of a six story building at 83 Henry St. early this morning. Two women were found dead and WNBC is reporting they appear to have been shot in the head before the blaze. The block west of Pike Street on Henry St. is blocked off with police tape and a small crowd of onlookers has gathered.
