There’s been a lot of talk about safety on Delancey Street recently. Tonight, the Department of Transportation will broaden their focus somewhat, during a joint meeting of Community Boards 2 and 3.  The DOT will present findings from the Bowery/Houston/Bleecker/Transportation Study. You can see the study area boundaries in the map posted above.
Following the presentation, residents will have a chance to offer feedback about solutions to congestion, pedestrian hazards and other issues raised in the survey. The meeting takes place at 6:30 p.m. at the JASA/Green apartment building, 200 East 5th Street (Bowery).
