An advisory from the Lower Manhattan Construction Command Center:
Starting at 11 p.m. on Sunday, July 24th, the Manhattan Bridge’s north (Manhattan-bound) upper roadway will be closed, though 5 a.m. July 25th. The closure allows crews to install additional construction sheds over the northern bicycle pathway. The BQE ramp also will be closed during the same hours. Two Manhattan-bound lanes will remain open on the lower roadway during the closure. Questions about the Manhattan Bridge rehabilitation can be addressed to the project’s Community Liaison Teresa Toro at (347) 325-1622 by sending an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by calling 311.
