Well Lorence Dippolito of Misrahi Realty is advertising an “old world” studio apartment at 27 Orchard St. with a shower inside the kitchen. Even so, he assures us, the apartment “has a separate room for your bed- so the kitchen/living area can easily accommodate a sofa and small table & chairs & more!”
The listing has been getting quite a bit of traction since Gothamist first noticed it yesterday. The price is $1795, although it might be negotiable.
