Site 4 DSA Owner LLC, the developer of 180 Broome Street (Block 346, Lot 175) and Site 3 DSA Owner LLC, the developer of 202 Broome Street (Block 346, Lot 150), are applying for a temporary closure of the segment of Suffolk Street located between Delancey and Broome Streets in the Lower East Side neighborhood of Manhattan Community District 3.
