We’d like to take this opportunity to thank The Lo-Down’s sponsors:
They support us — and we hope you will support them.
We’d like to take a moment to welcome our new Annual Sponsors: the Educational Alliance, Dora (the new coffee shop on East Broadway) and the Village Zendo.
Dora is offering a special Valentine’s Day deal to readers of The Lo-Down. When you mention TLD, get $2 off a sweet holiday treat — an “I love coffee” mug filled with candy. The offer is good through February 15th.
In supporting The Lo-Down, our new sponsors join Neal Young and Jeremy Bolger of Halstead Realty, the Lower East Side Business Improvement District, the Abrons Arts Center and Michael Ming of Allstate Insurance. Incidentally, Michael is running a special contest through the end of the month (you could win a new Dell computer).
We’re happy to have these local businesses on board!
We would like to thank our sponsors:
They support us — and we hope you will support them!
Michael Ming - Agency Principal at MMJ Agency
Michael Ming is establishing roots on the Lower East Side. Just a few months after opening the MMJ Agency at 211 East Broadway, he’s already making a name for himself in the neighborhood as a go-to source for insurance coverage and financial services.
Located right across from the Seward Park Co-ops, Michael says his company, an affiliate of Allstate Insurance, is focused on serving all of the Lower East Side’s diverse communities. Early on, quite a few clients have come in looking for co-op and renters insurance. But Michael emphasizes the wide range of products he offers, including auto, home, life and disability insurance.
