
A 31-year-old man was struck by an oncoming F train yesterday afternoon in the East Broadway Station.
Police say the victim was walking through the subway tunnel at about noon when the Queens-bound train hit him. The electricity was cut in the tunnel while emergency workers rescued the man and transported him to Bellevue Hospital. According to the Daily News, he was being treated for a deep cut to his head and a shoulder injury.
Police expect to file criminal trespass charges against the man, whose name hasn’t been released.
