Animal Goes Inside 190 Bowery

Even before photographer Jay Maisel sold 190 Bowery for $55 million last fall, there was a huge amount of interest in the mysterious property. Earlier this month, new owner Aby Rosen removed graffiti from the facade of the former Germania Bank building. He’s prepping the landmark-protected acquisition for a luxury makeover. Recently, Animal’s Bucky Turco managed to talk himself inside, where he and photographer Aymann Ismail were able to document the amazing interior of this intriguing building.
