Bulletins went up in the neighborhood today in advance of some roadway construction that’s happening this coming weekend. The city is preparing to install catch basins along East Broadway at Rutgers Street. The work is related to the Safe Routes to Schools Initiative. Mesivtha Tifereth Jerusalem, the Yeshiva at 145 East Broadway, is one of the priority schools identified for phase one of the program.
