The State Liquor Authority voted this afternoon to approve a liquor permit for Soho House’s new location at 139 Ludlow St.
The agency declined to allow liquor in the outdoor portion of a proposed rooftop deck. Soho House founder Nick Jones said he is determined to win over opponents. He also said renovation on the building will begin soon and should take a year. We’ll have a full report soon.
