EV Grieve points readers towards the Department of Buildings’ site, which notes, “FDNY requests a structural stability inspection due to a vertical crack” in the back of the building. There were reports of the building shaking and vibrating. Grieve also points out construction recently began next to this building on a new six story project. The building has been evacuated.
