Here’s some information about a couple of clinics for Hurricane Sandy victims. First, FEMA has a disaster assistance center set up at the Hamilton Fish Recreation Center, 415 East Houston Street, today through November 30.  Today the center is open until 5 p.m; tomorrow’s hours are noon-6:30 p.m.  Call 212-673-2290 if you have questions or click here for details about government loan programs.

Also, MFY Legal Services is offering a free legal clinic for anyone in need of Sandy-related advice.  You can get help applying for FEMA benefits, dealing with food stamp issues, filing for unemployment or coping with rent problems. The center is open tomorrow at the United Fujianese American Association building, 17 East Broadway,  from 1-5 p.m.

Thanks to Community Board 3 for passing this info along.
