The J Train Video: Don’t Try This at Home

As Gothamist first reported yesterday, passengers on the J Train near the Essex Street station videotaped a man riding on the outside of the subway car, clinging to the doors. The MTA, which calls this “skylarking,” would like us to remind viewers that 1) you can be killed this way and 2) it’s illegal.
