Sections of Draft SPURA Guidelines Made Public

As we reported yesterday, Community Board 3 has come up with “draft” guidelines for the Seward park redevelopment project.  On its web site, CB3 has now posted a power point presentation used in Tuesday night’s SPURA task force meeting.  The document was prepared for “discussion purposes” and will be undergoing changes in the days and weeks ahead.
