Joel Raskin sent along some photos documenting the M21 bus changes in the neighborhood. As part of the MTA’s drastic service cuts, the M21 has been rerouted, ending on Grand Street and FDR Drive. Yesterday around 4pm, workers were installing a new stop on Lewis Street, eliminating several parking spaces.
M21 service has been discontinued north of Houston (along Avenue C). There will be no M21 service on the weekends. You can see a summary of all bus service changes here.
