The Lo-Down is standing by at 283 Grand Street, where we have been told the NYC Fire Department is weighing plans to “demo” two of the buildings that were damaged in the 7-alarm fire last night. Word they plan to start demolishing the buildings as early as this afternoon. Last we heard they were looking for the owner but could not find him. More to come…
