Police have released a sketch of a man accused of following a 19-year old woman into the Laguadria Houses (Clinton & Madison), threatening her with a knife and then raping her in a stairwell. The incident happened January 19th at about 730 in the morning. Police say the suspect took pictures of his victim with a cell phone camera.
He is described as an Hispanic male with a dark complexion, between the ages of 18 to 23 years old. – 5’8″ to 5’10” – weighing about 200 pounds – medium build and a black Afro. The suspect was wearing a black North Face jacket, blue jeans and black boots.
