Still No Public Funds For Gerson

Candidates running for office received the third of four payments today from the New York City Campaign Finance Board. District 1 City Council candidates Margaret Chin, Pete Gleason and PJ Kim had already been awarded $84.122 from the CFB. Once again today, City Council member Alan Gerson was conspiculously absent from the payout list. Earlier this week, Dave Hartshorn, Gerson campaign manager, told us they were still trying to satisfy the board's questions about certain campaign contributions. There's  one more payment due next week. So it's possible Gerson will still receive public financing.
