HORT/CULTURE, the salon style “happenings” curated by Cactus Store and Nonhuman Teachers is back on the LES with their monthly live events at Nine Orchard. The Cactus Store is a landscape design studio based in LA, but the team had been offering unique cacti and other plants, along with live events and meetups here, during the summers, in the vacant space on Essex by the former Schames Paint Store, but that lot is now being developed.
