Community Board 3 is out with its agenda for the June 17th session of its liquor licensing committee. Among some 30-odd applications: a wine and beer permit for the former Earthmatters space at 177 Ludlow St. The applicants, part of the 100 Montaditos chain, withdrew last month following conversations with LES Dwellers, a neighborhood group battling the proliferation of bars.
