Bowery, Delancey Street and especially the Williamsburg Bridge are still a traffic mess this morning, even if most of the flooding has subsided. As we’ve been reporting a water line burst around 7 a.m., forcing the city to shut down one of the neighborhood’s biggest intersections during rush hour.  While there are still major backups on the bridge and the Manhattan Bridge is not much better, it looks like the Brooklyn Bridge is running relatively smoothly.
