Anonymous street artist royalty, Banksy, has returned to NYC after a 5 year hiatus with a Bowery Wall takeover that he's utilizing to draw attention to the controversial incarceration of Zehra Doğan, the Turkish journalist and artist who was jailed for painting a watercolor of a photo of a war-torn city.
