Roger Bultot spotted this one. A new 19-story residential building tops out at 59 Henry St., towering over its tenement neighbors.
According to Department of Buildings records and a project page on the W&L Group’s website, there will be 80 residential units, 26 parking spaces and more than 40,000 square feet for community facility space. There’s also going to be a swimming pool in the basement.
