Our friends at the world-renowned modern dance troupe, Paul Taylor Dance Company, have resumed their free in-person community events. Community Days offer samples of their classic pieces, in a format that is accessible to everyone, including people who are new to the world of modern dance.
The next one takes place this Sunday, February 27, 2022. The company will perform “Roses” and “Brandenburgs” at 1:00pm and again at 3:00pm at the Taylor Studios (551 Grand Street, Top Floor).
The company normally tours nationally and internationally but has been on hiatus due to the pandemic. They will be resuming full-fledged live performances here in New York at the City Center Dance Festival in March.
