LoHo Realty is extremely pleased to announce that Eric Ferrara has joined our amazing LoHo team! We view this as a great move for Eric, for us and, most importantly, for LoHo Realty’s clients and the Lower East Side. We’re excited to have him on board!

LoHo Eric FerraraEric Ferrara, a 4th generation Lower East Sider, is a professional New York City history author, as well as movie & television consultant and personality, working on numerous projects for PBS, History Channel, Nat Geo, BBC, Warner Brothers and many more. He is also founder of the East Village Visitor Center, Museum of the American Gangster, the award-winning non-profit Lower East Side History Project, podcast & radio show “East Side Stories,” and local news site LES360.org.

As a realtor, Eric made his bones as an integral part of top-producing teams for two of the world’s largest and most recognized agencies: Sotheby’s and Coldwell Banker. It is only natural that he returns to his roots to concentrate on the Lower East Side. Very few know the neighborhood as well as Eric, and he uses his truly expert knowledge to help buyers, sellers and renters navigate the often confusing world of New York City real estate.
