A 25-unit residential building at 119 Hester St. has been sold for $16.5 million. Just four years ago, the corner property on the edge at Sara D. Roosevelt Park was snapped up for $7.4 million.
According to records filed with the city finance department, the seller was a collection of limited liability companies, including one controlled by Daniel Wrublin of Dalan Management. The new owner is identified as “DK Hester Street LLC,” with a mailing address in Bellmore, New York. Sales documents were signed by David Karmi.
