Did you make it out to Lower East Side Pickle Day yesterday? It was quite a scene on Orchard Street most of the afternoon. Participants were not going to be denied their right to enjoy a pickle on a stick! The three block stretch from Delancey to East Houston Street was jam-packed when we stopped by around 2 p.m. Here are a few of our own images from the festivities, plus the best of social media.
