The previous owner was Corona Park Realty, which bought the 8,000 sq. ft. property in the year 2000 for just $500,000. The building, located near Orchard St., was managed by Marolda Properties, a firm that’s frequently in the crosshairs of groups advocating against harassment of rent stabilized tenants.
92 Rivington St. includes two commercial tenants, Express Tailor Shop and Mimi & Coco, the charming little Japanese noodle shop. According to Streeteasy, three 3-bedroom units have been listed for rent this year, all north of $4,000/month.
