Police are looking for a woman who disappeared late last night on the Lower East Side. 64-year-old On Ni Ho was last scene inside a residential building at 221 Madison St., near Jefferson Street. The NYPD advisory said she suffers from mental problems. Ho is about 5’1″, weighing about 106 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. See the police contact numbers above.
