Supermodel Gigi Hadid has put her condo at 250 Bowery on the market for $2.45 million. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit was purchased last year for $1.92 million in the name of Hadid’s mother, “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster.
The Daily News recently reported that the model, the new face of Maybelline, has been eyeing a larger condo at 100 Norfolk St., the dramatic new project that will cantilever over Delancey Street. Most of the 38 units in that property are under contract, although five remain available, according to StreetEasy.
