Public Workshops Scheduled For East River Flood Protection Plan

During the next couple of weeks, you have three opportunities to weigh in on the developing plans for a flood barrier that’s planned along the East River from 23rd Street to Montgomery Street. Last year, the federal government awarded $335 million for the first phase of the project.
