Cops are looking for three suspects who they say stole a purse from a woman at Lower East Side night spot Hotel Chantelle. It happened around 11 p.m. on September 20 inside the sprawling venue, located at 92 Ludlow St. The 26-year-old victim had left the purse on a chair next to her when the suspects swiped it.
