A New York Thing (aNYthing), the men’s boutique at 51 Hester Street, is relocating a few blocks to the northwest. The street-style brand is opening a new shop at 103 Allen Street, just below Delancey. We reported earlier this year that 51 Hester, a five-story-tenement, sold for $2.2 million. aNYthing was opened in late 2005 by Aaron Bondaroff. Back then, Paper Magazine observed the shop had the “body of a slick SoHo boutique but the heart of a neighborhood barbershop.”
