Roosevelt Park, is changing hands. 119 Hester Street was sold this month to an entity called Hester RB LLC for $7.4 million. The transaction was handled by Friedman-Roth Realty Services. The building includes 25 apartments and five ground-floor retail spaces.
Any idea who really bought this building? Hope the many tenants will be treated OK, unlike what happened with purchases of other buildings in this area
