The M’Finda Kalunga Community Garden in Sara D. Roosevelt Park is a great place to visit anytime. But there’s a special draw Friday evenings this month. Tomorrow night, the garden committee and a couple of neighborhood partners are kicking off an August “sustainability series.” The first event is a bike repair and safety workshop. it will be held from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The series is being organized by Time’s Up! and Green Map System. Future sessions will cover green jobs and composting. The garden is located on Chrystie Street at Rivington.
