You may have seen the headlines earlier today. The FBI and NYPD have descended on a building in Soho in a renewed attempt to solve the murder of 6-year old Etan Patz, who mysteriously disappeared on his way to school in 1979.   During the next several days, authorities intend to dismantle the basement of 127B Prince Street in search of human remains.  An imprisoned sex offender, Jose Ramos, has long been suspected in the boy’s murder.  Local photographer Tim Schreier sent along these photos.
