Police are asking for help in finding this man, who’s suspected of stealing a cell phone from the purse of a customer at Los Feliz, the restaurant and club at 109 Ludlow Street. It happened January 22 at about 3:15 a.m. The 22-year old victim had the purse over her shoulder when the suspect allegedly reached inside and took the phone.
