Look what’s popped up on StreetEasy. Ubiquitous Lower East Side real estate developer Sion Misrahi is trying to unload 145 Ludlow Street. You might remember this parcel as the short-lived “Time Share Backyard,” that slice of suburbia that made headlines last summer.
Misrahi had been battling his longtime nemesis, the Department of Buildings, to put up condos on this site. According to StreetEasy the lot is now on the market for $5.8 million. The blurb calls it a mixed-use eight story development site (12 apartments, 1 commercial space). The listing also says, “phase one (soil test and survey) complete.”
The pacel is about 3200 square feet.
good luck getting 5.8
