Last year at this time we offered the following turkey tip: get your holiday bird roasted Chinese style for Thanksgiving.  There are a few places in Chinatown that offer this service for the holidays. Our story was focused on Noodle King, the roast meat specialist on Catherine Street. The other day we double checked and, sure enough, they’re still in the turkey business.
