It looks like we’re in for a wet weekend. But here’s something that might lure you outside on Saturday: the all-new “Brat Mi,” being served up from the Snap Food Truck at the Hester Street Fair. Yes you guessed it — they’ve combined a bánh mì and that classic “Oktober” sausage, the brat, to make this new sandwich.
Also being served up at this weekend’s fair: sautéed mushroom tacos at the Bun Mi Catering stall, jalapena pickles from Picklena and sweet treats from FattyCakesNY.
