More now from police on the scene. The cyclist was turning right from Chrystie onto Delancey. Experiencing problems with his bike chain, he lost control and swerved, and then became trapped under a cement truck. The victim, a white male in his 30’s, was pronounced dead on the scene. Police said the driver of the cement truck will not be charged with any crime.
