According to the Post, actress Tatum O’Neal has put her apartment in the historic Forward Building, 175 East Broadway, on the market. Asking price: $1.495 million. She purchased the 2 bed/2bath unit for $1.425 million in 2006 and lived there for two years before moving to Los Angeles.
